GMOD SCRATCH/TURBOWARP

so, this is the first public release of my Garry's mod scratch remake, that I've compiled into an exe file.  

i will update this as i see fit, and any recommendations of things to add would be greatly appreciated :)

also, please note: when and if this trasitions from Gmod 1 to Gmod 2, it will be a completely diffrent post. but until then, expect slow updates to this one until i move onto Gmod 2 :)
